When you book an appointment with Open Volume Studio Ltd., you are securing time with one of our architectural experts. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve outlined our policies to reflect this:
• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Open Volume Studio-Initiated Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that Open Volume Studio Ltd. needs to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund.
2. E-Book Client Guides:
Open Volume Studio Ltd. offers a range of e-book client guides to assist you in your architectural projects.
Please note: Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, no returns or refunds can be processed for e-books.
